Advanced 202

Refine Your Techniques

Have you been fly fishing for a few years?

Do you know how to get the fly out there but haven’t been able to put it all together and consistently find and catch many fish.

You need to spend a day with one of our career guides and tap into their extensive knowledge of the sport. Every one of our guides has a passion for teaching that goes way beyond just fishing. They’ll work with you on every aspect of the game. They’ll teach you how to accomplish a perfect drag free drift, read the currents, and when to mend line in a way that makes it all possible. There are many little tricks successful anglers use to fool finicky fish and your guide has lots up his sleeve, most he formulated himself.

There is a world beneath the surface of the water as complex as the world above. A great guide can make real sense of it all. He’ll show you different techniques you should be using and when, what the aquatic life means to the fish, or how water temperatures and levels affect fish and where they hold during different conditions.

Ask your guide about any aspect of the sport where you need improvements, he’ll have answers and offer his help.

Take a peek at all the unsolicited emails from our customers on our “Testimonials” page. We have many, very happy patrons.

One of our customer’s comments after a trip:

I have never had a better fly-fishing trip than the time we spent on the river on the 16th. You have the patience of Job. I probably learned enough from you to get a master’s degree in fly-fishing if I could only remember 10% of what you taught me. What an exciting adventure. I am already planning another trip back next year and I only got home this morning at 1:30 am.

Thanks again,
